Returns

We try hard to get it right on size. But if we didn't quite manage it, you're free to return your garment within 30 days of purchase, as long as it's in a resalable condition.

Simply email contact@ruleroflondon.com and ask for a refund. Please quote your original order number in the email.

UK/US/Canada/EU: Returns are free in the UK, US, Canada, and the EU. We'll process the refund and send a prepaid label for shipping.  

Other: We can offer refunds in other countries, however we ask that the customer pay for and organise the return shipping. 

Once we've received and inspected the goods, you'll be issued with a refund to your original payment method. We do not offer refunds on the original shipping costs.
