Free shipping for all orders in the UK over £70.

Below £70, standard shipping is £3.99. Expect delivery in 3-5 working days.

However, if you've left it extremely late to buy that birthday present, you can pay £6.99 for express shipping, which will shave it down to 1-3 days.

For embroidered products and Ruler Reworked products, expect 5-10 working days.

US & Canada

Free shipping for all orders over $150 USD

Below $150, standard shipping is $5.99. Expect delivery in 2-11 working days.

EU

Free shipping for all orders over 100 EUR

Below 100 EUR, standard shipping is £10 (~13 EUR). Expect delivery in 2-11 working days.

Other

£15 standard shipping in other countries

For all orders shipped outside the UK, the recipient is responsible for any taxes or duties incurred, and these will be collected at the point of delivery. Ruler of London is not responsible for any fees charged by customs, or for any loss or damage of items.

 

Returns

We try hard to get it right on size. But if we didn't quite manage it, you're free to return your garment within 30 days of purchase, as long as it's in a resalable condition.

Simply email contact@ruleroflondon.com and ask for a refund. Please quote your original order number in the email.

UK/US/Canada/EU: Returns are free in the UK, US, Canada, and the EU. We'll process the refund and send a prepaid label for shipping.  

Other: We can offer refunds in other countries, however we ask that the customer pay for and organise the return shipping. 

Once we've received and inspected the goods, you'll be issued with a refund to your original payment method. We do not offer refunds on the original shipping costs.
