Shipping

UK

We offer free shipping for all orders in the UK over £70.

Below £70, standard shipping is £3.99. Orders are dispatched the next working day. Expect delivery in 2-4 working days after that.

However, if you've left it extremely late to buy that birthday present, you can pay £5.99 for express shipping, which will shave it down to 1-3 days.

For embroidered products and Ruler Reworked products, expect 5-10 working days.

Non-UK

For international customers, it's a bit more complicated.

We charge £10 in the EU and £15 everywhere else. This equates to around €13 in the EU, and $20 USD worldwide (depending on current exchange rates). Delivery times vary, but will usually be 5-15 working days.

For all orders shipped outside the UK, the recipient is responsible for any taxes or duties incurred, and these will be collected at the point of delivery. Ruler of London is not responsible for any fees charged by customs, or for any loss or damage of items.

Returns

We try hard to get it right on size. But if we didn't quite manage it, you're free to return your garment within 30 days of purchase, as long as it's in a resalable condition.

Simply email contact@ruleroflondon.com and ask for a refund. Please quote your original order number in the email.

We'll process the refund and send a prepaid label for shipping. Returns are free in the UK. We can offer refunds on non-UK orders, however we ask that the customer pay the return shipping. We do not offer refunds on the original shipping costs.

Once we've received and inspected the goods, you'll be issued with a refund to your original payment method.
